This is the second out of three challenges to increase daily step count. By the end of these next 3 weeks, we will accumulate at least 7,000 steps per day (about 3 miles). Up for the challenge? Then let's get started! NOTE: If you already accumulate an average of 7,000 steps per day, consider beginning on challenge 3.
