This exciting series will gradually increase your overall physical activity by simply increasing your daily steps count. Includes day-by-day steps goal. This is the first of three challenges in this series and was designed to set a strong foundation to build from with the remaining two challenges. By the end of these next 3 weeks, we will accumulate at least 5,000 steps per day (about 2 miles). So join us and take the first step toward a healthier you! NOTE: If you already accumulate an average of 5,000 steps per day, consider beginning on challenge 2.
