This program is designed for the beginner exerciser or anyone simply looking to increase their overall physical activity level. This program is divided into 3 Phases: PHASE 1 (weeks 1 - 4): Begins with detailed bodyweight resistance training workouts with options to progress to band(s) and/or dumbbell(s). Also includes mobility and stretching workouts as well as expert recommendations for increasing overall physical activity levels within a busy schedule. PHASES 2 & 3 (weeks 5 - 12): Progresses exercises to be more challenging and frequent to further increase physical fitness. Can easily be completed at home. No gym required.
