30 Seconds Chair Rise
Instructions
  1. Sit Properly: Sit on a sturdy chair with your feet hip-width apart and your arms crossed in front of your chest.

  2. Stand Up: Press through your heels to stand up from the chair.

  3. Count Repetitions: Stand up and sit back down repeatedly, counting how many times you can do this in 30 seconds.
