Brian is an occupational therapist and personal trainer with nearly a decade of experience working within the healthcare and fitness industries. Brian earned a master's degree in occupational therapy (MOT) in 2017 and has since become a board-certified specialist in rehabilitating shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand injuries (Certified Hand Therapist- CHT). Most recently, Brian served as the lead occupational therapist for an outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation clinic until leaving to focus his full attention on developing Optimal Living Solutions.

Prior to starting his occupational therapy training, Brian earned a bachelor of science degree in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Central Florida and certification as a personal trainer from the American College of Sports Medicine.

By combining his experiences working with clients across the lifespan, Brian specializes in overcoming physical and psychosocial obstacles through holistic and evidence-based solutions. Brian has helped numerous clients with a wide-array of conditions manage their health and wellness. Such conditions include: musculoskeletal, neurological, and neuromuscular conditions and obesity, hypertension, diabetes, depression, anxiety, heart disease, strokes, and intellectual and neurocognitive disorders.
