"Admittedly, delivering on the A+ Standard is easier said than done. As French writer and aviator Antoine de Saint-Exupéry said, ‘A goal without a plan is just a wish.’ That's why, as the founder of FITREHAB, I was very deliberate when establishing a plan to achieve the A+ Standard and am excited to share the guiding principles below."
